Engineering Recruitment Programs (ERP) are the Merit Scholarships Program (MSP) for Texas engineering students and the Engineering Summer Programs (ESP) for middle and high school students that take place on the campuses of Texas engineering schools. The Texas Higher Education Coordianting Board administers these programs.
