AGENDA
The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board will host a P-16 Institute on February 12, 2013, from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel (North), 6505 IH-35 North, Austin.
This is the second institute of the 2012-2013 year designed to bring P-16 regional teams of local secondary, post-secondary, and community and business partners together to assist in Closing the Gaps by 2015. During this P-16 Institute, the THECB will offer a series of sessions on P-16 initiatives and P-16 best practices. More than 100 public school and higher education administrators and workforce, community, and business leaders are expected to attend.
The early registration fee is $150.00 and ends January 21, 2013. Late registration fee will be $175.

GenTX Training

Please note that a mandatory GenTX training for Gen TX Marketing Project grantees and interested P-16 Councils will be held at the Doubletree in the Austin Room on February 11, 2013, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. At least one council representative must attend this meeting. To register for this training, please complete online registration form below by January 21, 2013.
