Student Transcripts – Instructions for requesting a transcript

Transcripts prior to 2001:

If you attended ITT Tech prior to 2001, your academic record may be available through a company retained by the Court-appointed bankruptcy trustee of ITT Tech. The bankruptcy trustee transferred all academic records of students who attended prior to 2001 to a commercial warehouse document depository in Indianapolis where the Bankruptcy case is pending.

An online link, https://ittstudents.visualvault.com, provides the process for requesting a copy of your academic record if you attended ITT Tech prior to 2001. The fee to request a copy of your academic record is $23 if requested online and $35 if requested by mail.

Transcripts 2001-2016:

If you were enrolled at an ITT Tech campus any time after January 1, 2001, your academic record is currently available to you online at www.parchment.com. Parchment is a private company that was hired by ITT Tech shortly before it closed. Parchment specializes in providing college transcripts for colleges and universities. The Parchment website has specific information about how to request a copy of your ITT Tech transcript or how to have a copy sent to another school or employer. Parchment currently charges you a $15 fee for this service.

THECB would appreciate your notifying our offices at Chapter7@THECB.state.tx.us if you encounter any difficulty in obtaining your transcript from either company or if we can answer any questions.
