The Table of Programs shows degree programs and preliminary authority for doctoral and engineering programs. Preliminary authority prior to submission of a degree program proposal is needed only for doctoral and engineering programs. An institution shall submit notification to the Board for the addition of a planned, new doctoral or engineering program for inclusion of authority in the Table of Programs [Texas Administrative Code, Title 19 (Education), Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter B, §5.24].
