Conduct demographic research and modelling to identify optimal demographic estimates and projections for modelling transportation demand in collaboration with Texas A&M Texas Transportation Institute (TTI. Identify, evaluate, and test the effectiveness and accuracy of methods for distribution of projected population into small areas(transportation analysis zones). Evaluate the Metropolitan Planning Organization's experience in working with UTSA and Texas Department of Transportation in producing transportation demand models. Research the demographic informational needs of key stakeholders and identify and test strategies to make demographic information available.
