Program Title: N/A

We will investigate how a new class of materials, topological insulators, can be used to realize this goal of reducing energy consumption in matrix. We will also investigate how we can go beyond the von Neumann architecture using the topological insulators, enabling the use of artificial neural networks to identify isotopes with maximum accuracy while maintaining a power consumption that is compatible with a handheld device.
