We will: 1.1) Investigate potential methodology and/or data changes that might improve the overall quality of the key impact measures; 1.2. Provide, if changes are made, an updated one-page layman’s summary of the concepts and methodology used in measuring each of the key impact measures for Income, Health, and Education, within four (4) weeks of both parties Parties agreeing to changes in indicator computations; 1.3. Collect and analyze data to obtain updated trend information for each impact and strategy measure, producing an annual report on the state and trend of each indicator, with additional detail information related to condition by demographic feature (age, gender, etc.), as appropriate, with data available; and, 1.4. Consult with Sponsor leadership regarding the design of initiatives to secure the buy-in of other community funders to the community-wide goal language and expression of outcomes. 2.1 Investigate the efficacy of capacity building courses by examining program capacity before and after participation, including the use of interviews with key staff; 2.2 Assess individual program/organization sessions, in addition to summary information, in order to assist in the creation of program-specific improvement plans; and, 2.3. Design an assessment protocol that can be repeated annually for long-term evaluation. 3.1 Work with PTW staff to refine survey instruments; 3.2. Analyze completed survey results and identify key findings; 3.3. Analyze e-CImpact data from PTW agencies involved in capacity-building activities; and, 3.4. Conduct a qualitative review of local workforce ecosystem activities and trends
