Continuation of award. Previously reported and classified as research: 1.1.1. -- Research on High Ice Water events: it is a reasonable "working hypothesis" that a long period of flying through relatively high IWC could lead to sufficient accumulation of ice that would in turn lead to engine rollback and/or pitot tube problems. Research on radar reflectivity profiles over high latitudes: to build a database to generate the maximum radar reflectivity profiles and process the climatology for spring (MAM) and summer (JJA). Interpretation of customer reports on abnormal events: to provide a recommended procedure and data sources of sing different ways to describe the abnormal events. Received additional funding.
