Note:

The data obtained in this research will contribute in general to structural and functional studies of biological complexes in other systems. The results obtained from the project will deepen our understanding of how mammalian circadian rhythm functions by providing insights into the regulatory mechanism of the clock on a molecular and structural basis. Furthermore, the research will build a structural foundation for future mutagenesis studies and will aid to the rational drug design of therapeutic agents to treat circadian-related diseases.
