The goal of this project is to think afresh about the manner in which parallel programmers are supported in the extraordinarily complex problem of creating efficient parallel applications. The research proposes a Glass Box Systems methodology aimed at opening up the programming/compiler/runtime/systems software levels to expose knowledge and to leverage functionality across the software stack for synergistic use.
