Project OMAMM seeks to achieve the Department of Defense's goal of significantly increasing the number of students who pursue studies leading to STEM careers, by acquiring ARAMIS, a highly robust, full-field, non-contact strain measurement tool that utilizes the highly accurate principals of digital image correlation. ARAMIS is a complete optical analysis system for dynamic measurement of complex materials and structures. This research project is a collaborative effort among UHD's Department of Computer & Mathematical Sciences, Department of Engineering Technology, and Department of Natural Sciences.
