DE-AR0000337 - In this project, we will first study the performance of second-generation (2G) HTS tape at low temperatures (~ 20 K) in magnetic fields up to 9 T applied parallel to the tape surface. Then, we will work on improving the critical current performance of the tape in this field orientation at 20 K.
