Note:

The main computational science research theme is to emphasize the development and integration of new high performance techniques in simulation, modeling, and model reduction; parameter estimation; and constraint solving of complex models to account efficiently for the most relevant parameters. We propose for the computational science research the development of: ( 1) modeling and model-reduction approaches capable of optimizing a complex physical model; (2) parameter estimation strategies with constraint solving schemes to obtain accurate feasible solutions, and (3) advanced nonlinear high performance algorithms.
